You can make an appointment in advance using our R@ndevu service. Chose date and time which are convenient to you and get priority service without waiting in line.
Making an appointment is simple:
- Go to R@ndevu site or select the subsection "R@ndevu services" in the "Private for you" in ABB mobile application.
- Choose branch, date and time of visit, the type of operation and communicate your mobile phone number
- You will get a confirmation SMS with your appointment code.
- Approach the branch on the appointed date and time.
- Press the "R@ndevu" button on the queue machine and enter your code.
- Your queue ticket will be printed.
Attention: Please note that each customer can get only one active code from the "R@ndevu" service per mobile number. After using the active "R@ndevu" code, the customer can apply for "R@ndevu" again. You must arrive on time to receive service. If you are late, your R@ndevu code will not be valid.
