About the Service packages

  • How long are the service packages valid??

Service packages come into force from the moment of the conclusion of the contract and remain valid for the next year.

  • Can a customer who has joined the Service package through Remote banking later join the Service package by contacting the Bank?

Such a transition is possible by paying the difference between the costs of service packages.

  • How to join a higher Service package?

In order to upgrade to a higher Service package within 6 months from the date of receiving the Services package, 75% of the total amount of new package must be paid.

  • How many active Service packages are available at the same time?

Only one active Service package can be used at a time.

  • Are the funds paid for the Service Package refunded in case of cancellation?

Bank does not refund paid for the Service Package to the customer.

About calculation of turnover limits

  • What types of transactions are included in the calculation of turnover limits?

Turnover limits are calculated only for the transactions that can be used free of charge within the package.

  • Are cash flows into the current account included when calculating turnover limits?

Cash flows to the current account are not included when calculating the turnover limits.

  • Are transfers among the client's own accounts taken into account when calculating the turnover limits?

Transfers among the customer's existing Bank accounts are not taken into account when calculating the turnover limits.
