If you need a confirmation letter on your bank account, you can order it online and save your time.
You may input all the necessary information on our webpage and just pick up your letter at any branch once it is ready.
How it works
- Go directly to Online services at our homepage.
- Press Order a certificate of account status.
- Enter your name, surname and patronymic.
- Choose the type of your account: card or current
- Enter your current account number.
- Select the branch/department where you are served.
- Upload a photo of the front and back of your ID card.
- Choose the currency equivalent of the funds in the account in the statement.
- Select the language in which the reference will be compiled.
- Precise the information you want to be indicated in the letter.
- Enter your e-mail address and mobile phone number.
- Pay the service fee.
- To pick up your letter please address the teller at your branch with your ID (chose Online sifarişlər - Online kart at the queue management system).
- You can make an appointment in advance by our R@ndevu service and save your time at the branch.
When my letter will be ready?
If there are no discrepancies in the information provided, your confirmation letter will be ready in the following timeframes:
- If the order is placed before 14:00 of the working day, the letter will be ready after 10:00 on the next working day
- If the order is placed after 14:00 of the working day, the letter will be ready after 14:00 on the next working day
- If the order is placed on the non-working day, the letter will be ready after 14:00 on the next working day
