  • Who can benefit from this product?

Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan between the ages of 20 and 60 who receive an official salary can benefit from this product.

  • How to get the product?

After completing the initial analysis of the required documents, you can become a homeowner on preferential terms at the expense of the ABB’s internal funds.

What are the conditions for obtaining an Internal mortgage?

  • Are there any limits on the loan amount and term?

The loan can be taken for a period of up to 20 years with a maximum of AZN300 000.

  • Is a commission fee required?

The commission fee is 1%.

  • What are the requirements for monthly loan repayment?

Monthly loan repayment is made on an annuity basis.

  • Is there a guarantee?

There is no guarantee.

  • Is there a collateral requirement?

The acquired property will be considered as collateral for the loan. If the acquired property is without an extract, with the pledge of real estate with another extract.

  • What are the requirements for the acquired property?

The acquired and (or) mortgaged property should be located only in the regions of Baku, Sumgait and Absheron.

  • What documents are required?

ID, bank statement for the last 12 months (minimum 6 months) or a certificate from the e-government portal.

  • Is work experience required?

Work experience in the last job must be at least 6 months.
