During the service, customers are asked questions about their ID card serial number and PIN code, Customer Code (CIF) and password to identify them. When contacting the Information Center, the customer should have their ID card, Bank ABB payment card or account number information with them to easily answer these questions.

Information about the transaction performed on the card (blocked amount, failed payment, etc.);
Information about transactions performed on cards with a credit limit;
Information about cash loans;
Deletion of funds in the cash loan account from the total debt;
