If you want to receive a confirmation letter for your account, you can order it online and save your time. Provide all your information online in advance, and once your certificate is ready, you can collect it from any of our branches/sub-branches.
Go to the "Online Services" section on the homepage;
Select the "Order statement" option;
Enter your first name, last name, and father's name;
Choose the type of your account: card or current;
Select the branch/department where you received the service;
Upload photos of the front and back of your ID card;
Select the currency in which the balance in your account will be displayed in the statement;
Choose the language in which the statement will be prepared;
Specify the information you want to be shown in the letter;
Provide and confirm your email address and mobile phone number;
Pay the service fee;
To receive the statement, approach the operator with a document confirming your identity (we recommend selecting the "Online card" option in the electronic queue management system under Online orders);
To avoid waiting in line, schedule an appointment at the branch in advance via the R@ndevu service.
Orders placed by 14:00 on business days will be processed starting at 10:00 on the next business day.
Orders placed after 14:00 on a business day will be processed starting at 10:00 on the next business day.
Orders placed on non-working days will be processed the next working day from 14:00.
