ABB Bank completed the first nine months of 2025 with AZN 261 million in net profit.
“ABB Bank has completed the first nine months of 2025 with AZN 261 million in net profit. Compared to the same period last year, our net profit has increased by nearly 12%. The profit is expected to grow further by the end of the year. The Bank’s financial results allow ABB Bank shareholders to receive higher dividend payments from this year’s profit,” said Nabi Aliyev, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of ABB Bank, in a statement to the media.
According to him, the Bank’s current financial performance creates an opportunity to pay shareholders a dividend of approximately 16% from this year’s profit. If this forecast materialises, ABB Bank shareholders will receive record dividend income next year as well.
Nabi Aliyev noted that after the end of the year and following the conclusion of the external audit of ABB Bank’s 2025 financial statements, the Bank’s management will submit a proposal regarding dividend payments for consideration at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
According to the Chief Financial Officer, the positive dynamics in the Bank’s profitability are also expected to have an impact on the share price, and ABB Bank shares are expected to increase in value. Over the past year, ABB Bank shares worth more than AZN 14 million have been traded on the country’s capital market.
It should be noted that ABB Bank has consistently paid dividends to its shareholders over the past seven years. From its 2024 profit, the Bank paid shareholders dividends totalling AZN 200 million. As a result, the annual yield of each ABB Bank share reached approximately 16% based on its nominal value.
