EY Azerbaijan has launched the application process for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year competition in Azerbaijan for the seventh time with the support of ABB Bank.
EY Azerbaijan has launched the application process for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year competition in Azerbaijan for the seventh time with the support of ABB Bank. Entrepreneurs and business leaders interested in participating are invited to submit their applications to the competition committee.
The EY Entrepreneur Of The Year competition was established nearly 40 years ago and is currently held in more than 145 cities across over 60 countries worldwide. Business leaders who demonstrate leadership and success, regardless of their industry, can submit their applications to participate in the programme until 30 December 2025.
The winner of the national competition will be selected in early 2026. The jury will evaluate candidates based on various criteria, including business growth, profitability, leadership qualities, innovation and creativity, social responsibility, and commitment to sustainability.
The winner will represent Azerbaijan at the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year competition, which will be held in Monaco in May 2026, competing against finalists from other countries.
ABB Bank is supporting this competition for the seventh consecutive time. The programme aims to promote entrepreneurship and recognise the achievements of Azerbaijani business leaders, with the number of participants increasing year by year. Over recent years, more than 70 entrepreneurs who have participated in the competition have gained opportunities to expand their business networks, develop new ideas for business growth, and become part of a community of distinguished entrepreneurs.
