5 August, 2026

The fourth subscription stage for ABB bonds, which provide citizens with additional investment and income opportunities, has been successfully completed. The two-year bond issue, with a total volume of AZN 5 million and an annual yield of 10%, attracted strong interest from investors.

The total value of orders submitted as part of the placement amounted to AZN 14,947,000, nearly three times the volume of the offering.

A total of 573 investors participated in the subscription and submitted 866 orders. Of these, 862 orders were executed, resulting in the orders of 569 investors being fulfilled.

The nominal value of each bond is AZN 100, with 50,000 bonds issued under each offering. The bonds are registered, interest-bearing, unsecured and issued in book-entry form. Interest payments to investors will be made on a monthly basis. Interest income earned by individuals from the bonds is exempt from taxation.

The placement of ABB bonds was carried out on the Baku Stock Exchange through a public offering by subscription. Investors are also provided with the opportunity to buy and sell the bonds on the secondary market.

ABB bonds offer investors an opportunity to earn stable returns while also contributing to the further development of Azerbaijan’s capital market.

The schedule of ABB’s upcoming planned bond issues is available here. The exact dates of new issuances will also be published on the same page as they are announced.
